Aged in smaller casks to intensify the maturation process and add an extra dimension of spice. Matured for 7 years in Bourbon Barrels and for a further 2 years in 125L Quarter Casks. Tasting Notes: Fresh tropical notes with pineapple, green apples and vanilla. A slight touch of chilli gives a tantalising heat. Aromatic, fruity and satisfying. The depth of sweetness is backed up by strength of the spiced oak, creating a lasting impression. Bottled at cask strength, ABV: 56.2%
