This wine is pale straw in colour with a green tinge. The nose has vibrant passionfruit sorbet and pear aromas with green olive highlights. On the palate there are grapefruit and capsicum flavours balanced by an oily, textural finish. This is a wine that shows classic varietal intensity and is crisp and refreshing. Cellaring and Food Matching This wine is best enjoyed whilst young and vibrant, though will develop further complexity if cellared. Enjoy slightly chilled on its own or accompanied with seafood dishes or those with delicate white meat.
