Sourced from both the Wairau and Awatere Valleys of Marlborough, this is a generous Sauvignon Blanc with lifted aromas of nettles, snow peas, guava and flint characters. The palate has a citrus and grapefruit approach followed by a mineral mid palate, elegant texture and long finish. Tasting Notes: Colour:Pale yellow. Nose:Nettles, snow pea, flint, wet stone and guava. Palate:Citrus approach, grapefruit, mineral mid palate, long finish with good weight and texture. Serve:Chilled to 4 degrees Celsius.
